Google needed illustration-led work for Google Pay across a wide spread of formats. A one-off film wouldn’t solve that, so we didn’t just make a film; we built the engine that makes them.
At its heart sat a custom illustration engine: a locked illustrated style, reusable characters and the Google “G” system, wired into a workflow with review gates. Feed it the next idea and it produces in the same world, every time.
